Q. The connection to my printer has been corrupted and now can no longer print. When trying to reestablish the connection, it calls for me to reinstall the driver. I can't find the CD and don't know what to do. Please help!!
A. That is frustrating, but not a big problem. Practically every type of driver you need is on the Internet somewhere and can be downloaded ad used instead of the CD. Try using Google and enter the name and type of your printer (or whatever hardware device is in question) such as HP Photosmart C3100 All-in-one series or Lexmark 5600-6600 series followed by the word driver. This should return several pages that have the needed driver for download. Try to find the site that belongs to the manufacturer if you can, but other sites such as Download.com are great too.
