OK, general computer is a very broad topic so we'll have to break it down into several sections. Try not to be intimitated by all the subtopics, they are pretty simple once we break them down individually and cover informational and instructional data per topic. I recommend going through the Terminology link first. This will familiariz you with some upcoming terms that may otherwise be foreign.
You may have just popped over to this page for something specific, but I urge you to browse through all the links as they all hold their own importance.
The good thing about all of this information is that it does not have to be memorized. In fact, trying to remember every little general computerl detail is impossible. The idea is to learn what can be accomplished with this technology, and then just remember where you can reference the detail documentation when the time comes. This is much easier and is a proven method of success for IT professionals everywhere.
Even with a wide variety of topics to choose from, there are still many that can't be added to just one area. Please reveiw other links that you can get to by selecting HOME on the left. You can always go to Ask a Question if you can't find what you are looking for in this area or the FAQ section of this website. Please take your time, read carefully, and take notes if necessary. The more you know, the better off you are!
Please review the multiple links on this page and select those you would like to learn more about.
